Dry fruits like:- Almonds, Pistachio, Raisins, Cashews, Fig, Walnut, Charoli etc. Are been consumed or eaten during Ramadan days.

 These dry fruits are mainly used in Ramadan for making delicious foods like biryani curries korma and much more , Deserts like Firni, Sheer Khurma, Sevaiyan, Kheer, Rabri and , also used in drinks like Milkshakes Falooda , Masala milk.

Due to entire day of fasting, the body is weakened and cannot digest the heavy meals. That is why dry fruits like dates, almonds, cashews, raisins, pistachios helps our body to replenish nutrients like minerals fibers and it also builds immunity the body to sustain energy the whole duration of fasting.

Dry fruits are rich in protein and high fiber hence they make our body healthy super foods to aid digestion and constipation. Consuming the right amount of any food is important.

ALMONDS
