Return Policy

Thakkar Bros. takes pride in 100% customer satisfaction. In line with this objective, we provide a return facility to our customers. If you are not willing to accept the dry fruits supplied by us, you can return them. While unpacking the shipment, you should keep in mind that you will need the same packaging to return the goods.

To ensure the return facility for our customers is not misused, we have put together a return policy. While preparing this policy, we have kept in mind the industry best practices for returning e-commerce shipments. You can return the goods as per the policy mentioned here:

  • You should return the goods within 7 days of their billing date.

  • You should inform us about your decision to return the goods with all the particulars such as the order and transaction numbers.
  • You can ask for a refund or replacement of the goods.

  • You can return the goods only if the inner packaging is unbroken.

  • You should use the upper package of corrugated material to return the goods.  

We understand that there can be a genuine reason for you to return the shipment. If there is an issue with the packaging that has led to the deterioration of the quality of the goods, you can ask for the return of the products.   

 While these scenarios are absolutely out of question because of the full-proof and efficient order processing mechanism that we have, if at all any of these things ever happens, you have a genuine reason to return the goods. And, we will happily process your return request.
